Our managed properties, including Three Garden Road, Langham Place, and Great Eagle Centre, have participated in the \u201cLai See Packet Reuse and Recycle Programme\u201d organized by Greeners Action for many consecutive years. This year\u2019s campaign has concluded successfully, with over 337 kg of Lai See packets collected \u2013 a strong testament to the support of our tenants and stakeholders for resource circularity.<\/p>\n

As a property management company, we have always integrated ESG principles into our daily operations, taking concrete actions to promote waste reduction at source, resource reuse, and minimizing waste.<\/p>\n
